  1. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the development of new business. The Sales Manager will initially work directly with major telco/SP accounts to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and develop new sales opportunities.
  2. The Sales Manager will be the primary supporter between the customer and company insuring quality communication and responses to technical and business related needs and concerns. This includes collaborating with customers to define critical business issues, defining requirements for backbone of company driven solutions, and monitoring contract processes to assure completion and acceptance within a timely period.
  3. Demonstrated success managing customer expectations in highly complex, political environments and mitigating pre- and post-sale risks.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage internal resources and accountability to successfully deliver complex technology solutions.
  5. Demonstrated ability to gather, shape and translate basic customer requirements to support the effective delivery of Zyxel solutions.
Recruiting criterion
  1. Telecom sales experiences in APAC market is preferred
  2. Demonstrated success with the network engineering organizations at Large Enterprise customers is preferred
  3. 3+ years proven sales experience selling complex, large-scale hardware or software solutions in telecommunication industry
  4. In-depth understanding of the technical issues critical Large Enterprise customers
  5. Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  6. Excellent English verbal/writing skill is necessary

  1. Go-to-Market Strategies: work with product SBUs to lead, and develop annual solution campaigns/marketing programs and execution plans. Define key strategies, solution positioning and proper communication approaches towards operators’ interests; and coordinate with regional market development managers, marketing, and support teams for effective execution.
  2. New Product Launch: create launch plans according to SBU’s product roadmaps and company's standard marketing process. Assist regional marketing launch programs.
  3. Sales Enablement: work closely with marketing team to deliver high-quality collaterals, sales kits, web content, videos, and other required sales tools to assist global.
  4. sales/marketing teams, getting them on board and ready to promote your solutions. Build customers’ success stories to ensure that successful experience can be replicated on other new markets.
  5. Market Intelligence: follow technology and market trends closely, take advantage of useful information in strategies and communication
Recruiting criterion
  1. At least 5 years of experience in the networking industry, preferably in product marketing, technical pre-sales or product line management. Strong technical background with knowledge of telco/ISP business.
  2. Leadership attitude with superior planning, decision making, problem solving capabilities. A proactive mindset about creative strategies to increase a solution’s influence, and take the initiative to make that happen.
  3. Strong technical and marketing acumen. Able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts, perform in-depth competition analysis, and derive executable marketing plans to achieve annual promotion objectives.
  4. Fluent in English and Chinese. Excellent written, verbal communicating and presentation skills to communicate with (western) team members and overseas branches.

  2. Manage copy creation to meet deadlines for multiple ongoing projects.
  3. Deliver copy that communicates effectively and embodies Zyxel’s tone of voice.
  4. Make corrections and revisions to copy as required.
  5. Other responsibilities as requested.
Recruiting criterion
  1. NATIVE SPEAKER preferred.
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in copywriting and developing story ideas.
  3. Exceedingly excellent writing skills.
  4. Expertise in developing sales and marketing materials.
  5. Proven ability to edit copy – refining, reframing and polishing as required.
  6. Working experience in ICT/Networking industry is a plus.
  7. Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus.
