ZyXEL UK Launches ‘ Gigabit Switch’ Trade-in promotion
25% discount when customer trades-in old Ethernet Switch for ZyXEL Gigabit Switches

ZyXEL UK has today announced the latest of its focused upgrade promotions which aims to give end users a clear upgrade path on existing hardware, combined with a financial incentive.
The promotion called ‘Speed up to the fast lane’ gives end users a massive 25% discount when they trade-in their old Ethernet Switch to one of the selected ZyXEL Gigabit or 10G Switches. The promotion is live now and runs until October 2010.
The switch market has already seen a big shift from Ethernet to Gigabit. Next generation access solutions are driving the use of high bandwidth applications such as cloud-based services, video conferencing and voice solutions; this in turn drives the need for Gigabit to the desktop. With an average switch lifecycle of just four years the ZyXEL switch trade in programme offers a clear upgrade path to Gigabit or 10G switches.
As well as being keenly priced the ZyXEL switches offer the fastest backplane and forwarding speeds of switches in the same class.
